At ATK Gaming Gear, we want to ensure your setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
